Comfortable room, excellent service, with attentive staff who kept the breakfast area spotless and always checked if we needed anything, making our early morning much more pleasant with the added convenience of the free airport shuttle service.

However, the front office staff was very helpful, and I appreciated the facilities provided. The location is really convenient, close to my son’s school and not far from the airport, which made my visit easy.

I stayed for one night in an Executive King Room. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The guy managing the buffet kept everything tidy and was always checking on us. Only thing was the key cards kept messing up, which was pretty annoying. But overall, a solid stay.

It was just a suitable option for a transient stop in Moon Township with very good value for money. I enjoyed the abundant free breakfast which made mornings easier. Check if parking arrangements suit your needs before your stay.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and loved the cleanliness! The breakfast was a good surprise, it wasn’t just basic. I appreciate how the staff ensured the food was fresh and plentiful despite the busy morning rush.

the hampton inn was a great choice for our stay! the rooms were squeaky-clean, quiet, and very attractive. the staff was friendly, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that had ample seating. the hotel’s transportation to and from the airport was seamless, making it super convenient for us. we really appreciated how close it was to the north suburbs, making our stay even better.

Woke up to a fantastic spread of options that fueled my day! The staff's friendliness was a delightful surprise, making my first stay so memorable.

However, the room had a lingering musty odor that lingered throughout my visit, which was distracting during my stay at night.

This hotel suits me perfectly, providing free airport shuttle, 24-hour reception, and a business center. I fondly remember how the staff brought me a hot drink during my first stay. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel really needs some upgrades!!! Outdated facilities and maintenance issues detracted from my stay. Also, thin walls allowed too much noise from adjacent rooms, affecting my comfort. Attention to detail is definitely lacking!!!
